If you don’t receive an email within a week of asking your question, please check your spam or bulk mail folder to see if it was sent there for some reason. Also if you did not sign up for the news and updates found in the upper right corner of every page, your question did not reach us. If you still cannot find it. please re-submit you question through the form above.
How long will it take to get an answer to my question?
On average, less than 48 hours however, sometimes it could be longer. Each question is different and if your question is particularly interesting or important to the lifestyle community, we may decide to answer the question through the couplesclick.tv video segments.
Can I just send you my question via email?
Nope LOL! We have our system set up to filter incoming email by registered user. The form above automatically alerts us that the incoming mail is a question from a registered user. All other email is automatically filtered to either a spam folder or to a general folder. Validated questions take priority. If you end up in the spam folder the email will most likely be deleted. Those that fall into the general folder will be looked at but not on a regular basis.
